The hotel's location is unbeatable, with convenient access to nearby malls and the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. Being so well-situated allowed us to maximize our time in the city, whether we were shopping or sightseeing. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. This was our second time staying here, and we were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist not only remembered us but also upgraded us to a suite! Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The warm, personalized service made us feel like valued guests. We loved everything about our stay. The combination of the hotel's prime location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service ensured that we had a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we will be booking this hotel again on our next visit to Paris. It has become our go-to accommodation in the city, and we highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay.

I really loved the breakfast! Fresh orange juice is something that drived me to start my day, and I liked that breakfast was up until 12 am (had a good rest)! Room was kept tidy and cleaned every day. The location was great, close to the main station knot of the Paris. Beds don't squeak.

The location was perfect, just a stone's thorw from St Lazare, 2 min walking to Printemps, 5 min to Opera. Lots of brasseries and good F&B opportunities around. The staff were very friendly, I asked for slippers that my room didn't have and they gave to me. We ordered capuccino and the rrom service was very reliable. Good soap and shampoo

Location - v good Breakfast - No Room - a bit small but comfortable Staff - good Value - a bit pricy but not exorbitant We stayed at this hotel twice so hotel could give special privilege for guests returning !!

It is a nice hotel at the heart of Paris. We were walking every day to all main sights and museums. We hardly used the metro. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
